Do your packages include flight tickets?
Most of our packages are land-only packages and do not include international flight tickets unless clearly mentioned. However, we can gladly provide a separate flight quotation based on your preferred travel dates and departure city.
Can I customize the number of nights, travelers, or hotel category?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed based on the most popular travel preferences, but we can fully customize your trip based on your requested number of nights, adults, children, hotel category, experiences, and travel style.
Do you offer destinations other than those listed on the website?
Yes. While ViaNova Holidays specializes in the destinations featured on our website, we also arrange customized trips to additional destinations such as Morocco, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and more upon request.
What is the booking process?
Simply send us your preferred destination, travel dates, and number of travelers. Our team will then prepare a quotation and itinerary tailored to your request.
Once confirmed, a partial payment is required to begin securing hotels, services, and arrangements. The remaining balance is usually settled before travel, after which we will send your final confirmation and invoice.
How can I make payment?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link with the available payment options and booking details.
Do you provide support during the trip?
Yes. Our team remains available before and during your journey to assist you whenever needed.
Can I request specific hotels or experiences?
Of course. If you have preferred hotels, activities, or special requests, we can tailor the package accordingly whenever possible.
Are airport transfers included?
Most of our packages include airport transfers. Full inclusions are always clearly mentioned in your itinerary.
